dont do this. dont risk your kids future for a school that seems reasonably priced but lacks professionalism, ethics and doesnt know what customer service it. The parent contract that you sign, is vague and can be interpreted any which way, which these guys use when you request a refund. I enrolled my daughter at Spark Weltevreden Park for grade 1 2022. Its near the school that she goes to currently. I paid the non refundable fee of R450 and first months fees for next year. I had to unenroll her and filled in the forms etc only to be told now that the ENTIRE amount will not be refunded to me, no where does it state that anywhere! no one answers the phone, no one cares to respond, and they closed my support ticket without resolving my request. Do your research , this is for your childs future. you are better off in a decent school that doesnt **** innocent parents. if i could rate these guys a 0 i would.
