Pathetic Communication - Don't enroll your child if you love Communication and peace.

Everything is bad about Spark School to make things worse, I have never seen a school that has zero communication with the accounts department.

My daughter attended Spark Rivonia 2024 for grade R only. In September 2024 the school issued out a letter for parents to confirm if their children will be returning or not for 2025. I completed that form and sent it back to the school.

To my surprise, there was a second form I needed to complete with the accounts department as well. No communication was mentioned in September 2024 when I notified the school.

I am told I am liable for 2025 school fees because 3 months notice was never provided by me. They demarding fees for services that was never rendered. They want me to go to the school and get that I completed and submitted in September 2024.

This is definitely ********* and the abuse from the accounts department must stop!!!

Please revisit your processes and policies as they are extremely terrible!!! Technically they demarding fees from me because of their poor communication between the school and accounts department.

No fees will be received for services not rendered. They are desperate for money.

Can Spark provide me with proof that I said my child can be enrolled for 2025.
