Partially refunded and not happy

I have explained myself a lot of times on the regitrar email and on this platform.

I caled spark enrollment department to register my two children (Grade R and 7) spoke with Ntokozo. Ntokozo confirmed that there is sapce available at spark ferndale. I made payment of 5520 and sent thorou the rquired documents sameday.

I never had any call or any email from spark for two week, i kept on call with no help and different stories.

Masipiri promised to help me b ut hey still no help: Resent email to Daisy with all docs.

Bronwyn promised to help me but hey still i didnt get help

Mbali told me there is no grade R at ferndale and its b een long now since the y discountiuned grade R at ferndale, the same day i asked for my application to be cancelled and sent an email to regitrar to refund me my full amount(5520) as i did not go through the registration process.

I got a refund today of 4630, why am I not getting all my money cos i cancelled the application before it even goes to registration.

I still please with you , i need my 890 in my account.

You cant be making profit with my money afteri received horrible service form you

I NEED MY MONEY AND I WO NT REST TILL I GET IT.
