Over R4000 spent and no services recieved

I have been very disappointed in the services received and frustrated in the run around, spent over 4 hours on the phone in 5 days, over R4000 spent(R2100 school fee's, R400 registration fee and R2000 on uniforms) and have nothing to show for it. I received a call on Friday the 26th of January 2018 to say there was a space and I needed to send all documents so my son could start school on Monday the 29th of January 2018.Which I did, I was advised the same day ,everything was in order. Monday the 29th of January 2018, I called the registration department 5 times for an update, then finally sent an email as there phones where not being answered, at 14:36pm, I was advise I would have confirmation in the next hour. Tuesday the 30th January 2018, I emailed at 11:15am and 15:56 to query where there confirmation email was, to which I got no reply, when I called, I was advise it would be with me shortly. Wednesday the 31st of January 2018, I got a call saying the stamp on the birth certificate was no clear enough, and a clearer version was requested. Thursday the 1st of February, I sent an email follow up in regards to the new documents I sent, to which I got no response. Friday the 2nd of February, I received a call being told they cannot process my request as they don’t understand my son’s birth certificate, when I requested to speak to manager, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, I finally called back for a manager, to be advised all senior staff are in a meeting, if that is the case why would I be put on hold for 10 minutes. After being told on Monday( 29th Jan)I would have a confirmation the same day, I went to get my son his uniform which isn’t easy, as your supplier have no stock, I spent R2000 on uniforms due the fact I had an email saying I would have confirmation the same day.

It is now a week later and I have been given 3 different excuse on why I don’t have an confirmation, 1.You were off line, 2. The birth certificate isn’t clear enough, 3. You don’t understand the birth certificate, every time I call, I get a different story. I have requested a call from a manager and have not received one, then finally on Friday the 2nd of February, I ask what the process for a refund of the R2100 (first months school fee's is, to which I still haven't received a response)

So currently my son has no spot at Spark Schools and they still have the first months school fee's which it seems won't be refunded to me

Seriously Spark Schools. I now get a call asking for my sons passport. I want my money back. I don't want him going to a school that can't even communicate with parents. Please can someone who knows what they are doing call me. I have sent over 18 emails in two weeks, I would like to speak to someone who has actually read my emails.
