Not a happy parent!

I've been paying my son's fees since December of last year, without fail! Today I got an email from your accounts team reminding me to make payment???? I spoke to a very nonchalant lady by the name of Millicent who advised me to send proof of payment, which I did, however, no one confirmed proof has been received.
