No feedback on transfer of child to new school

I have app**** for a transfer for my son to go to a new school/branch from Silver Lakes to Theresa park since last year in December via the registrar email, as we have relocated to PTA north but I have not gotten feedback since. I've called the call center a number of times and it seems like nobody knows what they are doing there, and they just told me to take my child back to the previous school until our request has been processed via email. Schools are opening on Wednesday, and my child still doesn't have a placement at the new school, and there's no response what so ever as to what we are supposed to do about this as parents. I've gone as far as posting on Facebook about this matter and I was told that i would be contacted asap about this, but no one came back to me. We are so disappointed at Spark's administration process as it is the worst for a "private school".
