No feedback and only 2 days left for schools to reopen

At the end of last year I de- registered my nephew from feendale due to relocation but now there are some new developments and I contacted spark to find out how I can get him back at the school. I was told to pay 2500. Which I paid on Wednesday the 10th of Jan and I immediately emailed the proof of payment but up till today I haven't heard from spark and schools are re-opening on Wednesday. I understand you are extremely busy at this time of the year but you need to also bear in mind the stress you are putting us through as well.
