My son attended school for a day in January and I had to remove him due to loss of income

My son attended school for a day in January and I had to remove him due to loss of income. I called spark school and I was promised a refund as I canceled the contract within 7 days. I am being taken from pillar to post to receive my refund. Child name is Kopano and he attended Spark Turfontein on the 22nd of January. There is no customer service at the call center and the managers/team leaders are never available. Someone needs to hold Spark accountable as they are failing to hold each other accountable
