MILITARY SCHOOL/ CULT OPERATION

My child is doing grade 1 @ this Spark Silverlakea school and I am beyond flipped out with their curriculum or lack there off.

Their curriculum is downloaded from youtube and k5 learning. They are fast paced and do not care whether a child has grasped the concept or not...they simple have a target to meet and do not care about the learner.

Teachers have no foundation phase training...In actual fact some have studied psychology or law and for whatever ****** reason they did a one year certificate with Unisa in education and that I suppose qualifies them to teacher foundation phase.

We are seriously contemplating moving our child out of that hell hole they call a school. There is absolutely no growth balance for the kids, they have moments to eat and back to class. The school is short of being military in its operation.

****** disappointing. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO SPARK SCHOOLS.
