Matters not getting resolved or attended also not allowed to see class teacher/Principal

First it started with my daughter's food being ****** from her lunch box(from June 2023 to date) Emails were sent but nothing was done maybe I should go open a Case of theft. Now my daughter is refusing to go to school because she's been bul****, today I forced her and ask to see her class teacher but was told that i can't see the teacher or Principal without an appointment. Why must i setup an appointment for bullying because it must be attended immediately?

It's sad to leave a child at school knowing that she's not safe or well taken care off. How can kids study in class while being bullying? At the same time the School is not willing to communicate with the parents about such matters.

Just not happy with Spark Schools treatment.
