Live Classes and Online Learning

This email is to express my sincere disappointment on how the school has been engaging in communication regarding the live online classes.

I have written and followed up several times on how I have been experiencing technical glitches with setting up the G-suite requesting assistance with no response since the 9th of June. This is now the second week and seemingly classes are continuing with a limited number of learners with no regard to the learners who have asked assistance from the school.

Secondly I have also raised my concern on how some of the videos in the Home Learning portal are not available. Once again I have not got an update for this not even an acknowledgement of the email.

Please be advises that this is not the level of professionalism that is expected of the school while we continue paying fees as parents. This is a challenging time for all of us. While we bear that in mind we need to do what we can with what we have and certainly ignoring parent queries cannot be one of the SPARKS values.

I have also tried to contact the school telephonically today and the phones are not being picked up.
