Inefficient enrollment and accounts department

I app**** for admission for my daughter and was told we need to pay outstanding October fees before we can proceed to pay for enrollment. We paid R4000 on the 20th which was an extra R950 and the accounts department failed to allocate for 4 days FNB to FNB.I had to call for them to allocate while the person who was assisting me Nirvana was on leave on the 24th.The morning of the 25th I asked how much is now due for enrollment, no reply and after eventually paying I was told there is no more space. Like really how unprofessional??
