Incorrect enrolment of my son

I app**** for grade 2 space in July already for my son at Randpark Ridge. I made payment of deposit and subsequently he was allocated a space in Rosslyn, when we don't live anywhere near Pretoria. For the past couple of months, the adminnitrator has been promising to get me space at Randpark Ridge and this has yielded no results. All payments were made and i wrote our home address that is in Roodepoort on the application form, goodness knows where they got the Rosslyn address. I need this resolves urgently.
