*********** and rude , arrogant… poor service and attitude staff

The experience received today from Millicent ,Pertunia and Katlego a horrible experience, the attitude & arrogant with regarding my account query. Can Sparks School give their staff a customer service training. We paying so much money to be treated like trash. Especially the account department. Katlego send the email cc me on their internal issues, I wanted answers not to be included in your internal matters. I’m still waiting for the response.
