*********** and Disrespectful!!!!

I am sick and tired of the poor administration from this school and the *********** staff!

Last term my daughter was transferred from Carlwald to Bramley without my consent or knowledge. When I picked this up I immediately called Carlswald and asked them to check. Carlswald tells me that she does not appear on their system ( that time my daughter is sitting at school in class and she been at that school for over a year) but they don't have her on their system. Apparently it was a "system error"

Due to this system error of theirs, I was forced to find alternative transport for my daughter because after their mess up they moved her from one cohort to another. Now with the schools re-opening they have placed my daughter in a different group AGAIN and expect me to find another scholar that my daughter can travel with which is such a HUGE INCONVENINCE.

I escalated the matter and I got a response from Karen Bull. Very shocking service from this lady I must say. After not getting a solution on email and after she told me that my daughter will be excluded from class if I don't use her current schedule, I decided to call in. This lady refused to speak to me and kept on passing messages to the reception lady (back and forth) and told her to tell me there is nothing that she can do even if she spoke to me directly. I insisted to be transferred to her 3 times as I was dealing with her on email. The 3rd attempt I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I disconnected and called back AGAIN and asked to be transferred to Karen Bull, she tells the receptionists that she couldn't take my call because she was eating and now she's about to do something else so I should call back later.

The disrespect and the audacity of this woman is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not bothered at all about how this is affecting us and inconveniencing us! I am really ****ed!!!
