*********** Accounts Department

I'm just lost for words regarding how Sparks accounts department work, and how unhelpful they are when coming to account matters. 2 weeks ago i received a call from the school advising that the following week my child should not attend due to owed fees as per accounts department, of which i advised her that i am unaware of such and no communication was sent to me advising and trying to resolve the issue. She advised that she will get information from them and call back of which that never materialized. Only to recieve a call the following week stating that i should come fetch the child from school effective immediately due to the termination even though the was no proper notice and they were receiving payment for the past months. When i spoke to their *********** accounts department, they only advised that i must settle the amount owed, then reapply again for admission and then the school will decide if they accept him to complete the rest of the year or not. They're not willing to negotiate or make a payment plan even though one is willing to pay. Am not sure what process is being followed by this school but unfortunately it affects the child as well.
