I have been receiving statements that reflect an incorrect figure, I have been over charged and every time I request for an updated statement after sending proof of payments multiple times ( which also cost me money) the fees are still not allocated. My scholar has been deregistered because of their incompetence, I am willing to settle the outstanding fee however I am not able to do so without getting allocations corrected and the correct figure reflected on my statement. I always use the reference I was given by them for this, yet fees don’t get allocated. Now instead of being assisted, I get dismissed by the accounts staff and was me to pay the incorrect fee plus another registration fee while this was caused by their incapacity to allocate fees correctly.
