I am so tired of dealing with the accounts department. Every time I receive my statement, it indicates I am 180 days in arrears. I have sent all the proof of payments, spoke to multiple people, but the error is never fixed. I am being charged interest on the arrears, for an account that has been paid. When will you do something about the accounts department and their incompetence?
