Incompentency of School

This school is full of incompetency the school announced thier closure of Springs n Maboneng branch during mid October so i go school for transfer to apply for my child from another school n then i find out I've been using the same payment reference with another parent since my child has started 2019 , the other parents child is in grade 6 n not affected by school closure so instead of them allocating my funds they create new reference for me n they send me a bill of R32000 meaning i haven't been paying since my child started i quiry this with Edward and Nthabeleng they refer me to accounts playing hide n the next day i receive a final letter of demand threatening to cut my child from school in 7 days , i call them they promise to come back to me they dont .. Im fustrated how will i apply for my child for next year without a right n proper transfer worse with no one taking accountability n fixing the mess they made Its obvious that they saw me as weak link my child was with them 2 years n we need a new school so they made everything easier to just transfer all the trouble n upaid account to me .. Worse they haven't been sending any statements its only a suprise to recieve final letter of demand
