I was told I can cancel contract withing 7 days but now they don't to give me my refund

I was told I can cancel contract withing 7 days but now they don't to give me my refund. There is only fee that is non refundable but school fees is refundable. I am shocked to be told I will not receive my refund, I have since send an email asking why but have not received any feedback, as always. Furthur more I am asked to submit proof of loss of income, that is sparks invading my personal space. I will keep rating and postinv till sparks learns how to treat people fairly. We are all going through a financial crisis and to think I will throw my money in the drain while my son only spend 4hours in the school premises is ridiculous. Please refund me as I need that money now more than ever since there is a loss of income at home
