I was asked to submit proof of lose of income, which I felt it was unnecessary as it was invasion of my personal space. I send through proof as requested but have still not received my refund. I am failing to understand why it is taking so long to refund my money. Maybe I should also make Spark schools trend the same way Old Mutual has been trending this week. This is maybe the only way big corporates listen to their customers
