i want my refund

I registered my son with spark, they told me I have to pay registration fee of R400 together with R2100 for January school fees.

ive been trying to call them to tell them that my son will no longer be joining their school but they never pick up the calls, when they eventually did on the 02/10/2017 they told me to send my banking detaisl and the money will be in my account after 14 days. a couple of days later again after no success when calling them to confirm if they received my email with proof of banking details, I was now told I will not be receiving my R2100 school fees refund because I informed them after Oct, when ive been calling them way before then to inform them.
