I want my money back "Refund"

I gave Spark School notice to remove my child from their school. From the start of this process their took their time to respond to my emails and when I call I get all kind of stories. Last year I paid R22500.00 which was for 2019 fees, Stationery R500 and Dec 2018 aftercare R500.In Jan I paid R500 which was for aftercare. To my surprise out of R23 000, 00 Spark school want to refund me R7655 which I don't understand how their calculated this, if you subtract from R23000.00- 500- ********** -1 ********** = R10560 all this amount are for "aftercare *5, stationery and school fees for the whole year. The another surprise I'm been told of term notice which to my knowledge is from Jan to March and when I call Spark school there are saying the term notice three months which is not stated like that on the contract: what is stated on the contract “You have the right to cancel this contract at any time, For any reason, Provided that you give the school a full Term notice in writing,” I signed and the question I ask the creditor control why is it not stated in the contract as the aftercare one I didn’t get an answer. Spark school doesn’t care about people, all their care about is money. I asked myself if anything big happen where it changes the parents/ scholar spark will not care at all. Stop the run around I want my money back, I worked money hard for it to give spark school just like that. Think again.
