I want a refund, I'm so disappointed with this school

My son hasn't been to school since the beginning of this month because they keep suspending him for threatening to jump on the stairs and now they say he is jumping out of windows, touching girls inappropriately and all sorts of excuses to make sure he doesn't set foot there, I asked them to send me school work for him to do at home but they didn't send anything. So basically I'm paying for someone who is always at home, I tried requesting for a transfer but I was told that he's behavior won't change even if he goes to another spark because he can't function in a mainstream classroom, he needs to go to a school that has smaller classes. What spark schools is selling is its dreams and I want my refund for the fees that I paid for this month after I was told he was suspended for a day only to be told by the principal that I have to wait for a hearing date which was a week later. The way they handle matters at Spark Cresta is appalling.
