I recieved very bad service from spark schools registrar

After going a very bad experience to get my grade R Son to Spark School Ferndale I finally succumbed to register him at Spark cresta as if that was not enough they are now unable to provide me with Admission letter even after I explained to them that I need it to apply subsidy at work and they are having application deadlines they still did not give me one .. I spoke to chantell, Vusi, Makgone and Kamo all they asked me contact numbers , name of the child and my email address and promised one thing that it will be send to me and nothing happened today I called 3 times and each time I was holding for 1 hour but there is no answer ...when answering this review please explain to me who will assist me to pay my son s fees if the deadline pass and I cannot apply for subsidy because Spark will not give me the documents I requested .
