I am being ignored after requesting to be refunded
I am being ignored. I have logged a query to be refunded my 1st month fee, as my son cannot the spark family after unforeseen circumstances. I was rushed to make payment when i was enrolling now i am being ignored. I have logged queries across all communication platforms, but still no communication from spark.

12 Nov 2018, 09:43So basically nothing has happened since you said a consultant will call me. If anything i am more castrated than i was before. Speaking to consultant that gives you general information and not have answers for queries is frustrating. Get someone who can deal with my query to call ASAP. Someone who knows what they are talking about.
