Horrible transfer practice

Spark really has some of the worst services out there.

Even when you follow policy, they still choose to do things incorrectly.

1. Firstly I app**** for my child's termination 3 months in advance so that I would not be charged a termination fee, yet they still charged us.

2. As soon they granted my termination application (which was immediate), my child was off the system, and so every day in that 3month period when my child was still in that school, I would receive a call to confirm if my child is still a scholar, and I mean every day.

3. Then this mess up also kicked my child out of aftercare and so we stopped taking him to aftercare and they still insisted on charging us for that.

4. Now they won't sign the transfer form and my child is in limbo because his new school won't accept him without it.

I, unfortunately, recommended Spark to 4 of my friends and I regret it with my might.
