Horrible service

Good day Sparks Primary School Silver Lakes Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received yesterday regarding my request for a transfer letter for my child. I was informed by one of your agents that the transfer letter would be issued and sent to me within one hour. Based on this assurance, I remained on-site and waited for approximately four hours. Despite this extended wait, the transfer letter was not provided. To date, I have still not received the promised document. This delay has now negatively impacted my child’s admission process at another school, placing her enrollment at risk due to circumstances entirely beyond my control. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of school transfers and the assurance I was given by your representative. I expected a higher standard of communication and efficiency from the institution. I kindly request urgent assistance in issuing the transfer letter immediately and an explanation as to why this matter was not handled as promised.
