Horrible Finance department

What a terrible Finance department!!!!!! I have been asking for a mere statement so that I see what costs have been added on the account. I don't even know how to go about a statement, I have called several times and even sent an email just to get a statement but no luck. I'm told I'm owing a certain amount of money and this money includes late pick ups, I don't even know how much the late pick ups have accumulated to. I'm just paying school fees blindly. To Spark School Finance department, can somebody please assist me with a statement so that I can better prepare for the following year. I'm literally begging for statements,please.
