HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- SPARKSCHOOLS

My child has been home when the school reopened on the 9th and I have been waiting for a response at SPARK only to be told that the Tuition Fee is short of R10, 00 this is after I have been told to wait for a parental contract. I was worried about the manner in which the registration process was unfolding so I took my child back to his previous school. The contract came and I signed it and called enrollments that my child will start school in February since they have billed me in the school where he is currently at and they said I should call accounts regarding the R2310.00 Tuition Fee + R550.00 Stationery Fee.

The accounts department said the Tuition Fee cannot be carried over to February since it was paid in January. I then requested that they cancel my child's registration but they said the money will not be refunded. My worry is that we are made to pay the R450 Registration Fee and the R2310.00 Tuition Fee which is considered to be the first month School Fees. The problem is that during the registration process you are not made aware that the R2310.00 is not refundable at all except when there is no space only. You are made to pay and after paying you are told you cant get a refund, Im not worried about the Non Refundable R450.00 but as for the rest of the money I demand it back I cannot pay for school fees where the services were never rendered. Im a single parent working too hard to ensure my son gets quality education but I cannot accept to be treated in that manner. I want my money back. The staff on your ********** /1 have been nothing but rude and not helpful, my emails have not been responded but the only thing I get is that you are receiving high volumes, the next thing you would be charging me for a second month tuition saying I did not unenroll the child.

I feel that SPARKSCHOOLS is very terrible in terms of their enrollment and refund processes. I demand my money bac****!!!
