Horrible account department service

To say I'm frustrated and disappointed will be just putting this lightly, I have never been this stressful. My children were taken out of the school system to make maters worse kids were taken out of class to reception yesterday for the receptionist to call parents and tell them they not on the system while the school have my contact can call in the absence of my children.

The same account department never respond to emails or calls been promised they will call me back since last year and last year I send proof of payment which I was told was being escalated to my surprise instead of getting response I’m told the kids have been terminated and no one at the account department is available to help sort the problem out and give clear answers on money they say I owe them as to make payment

Now I ask what should I do with kids as schools are full and can't afford to send them to a new school and when all this is sorted eventually I'll be told there is no space. I feel so abused by the school as they have all the powers. If I can I will not even put any rating
