Frustrated by acc department for over 2 weeks due to incorrect billing

What a nightmare to deal with the accounts department of spark schools. Never been this frustrated as a parent. My child is still sitting at home because of their ever incorrect billing on statements. Now they put on the statement that my child is owing March fees where as my child was not even enrolled at their school in March, I only enrolled my child on the 15th of March which was towards the 1st term.so my child started school in April but I’m billed for March 1st on the statement, I think they just say anything on the statement if you lose guard you’ll just be paying them for nothing and that’s a *****. It should be on the system when each child started school.I’ve been talking to them for over 2 weeks now.still nothing has been done.that account department is a circus so unprofessional,it’s appalling.
