Frustrated

I would like to share my experience with spark school. I app**** for a place for my daughter grade 1. I paid the amount that I was requested to pay then they couldn’t even call me to tell me there was no space for my child, I had to drive to the head office bcoz their line was constantly busy only for the them to tell me there was no space, now am asking them for a refund but the don’t respond to emails . I have sent and called them but nothing
