Spark School

<div>Had the worst experience with the Spark school in Randburg Ferndale. So I enrolled my son for for the academic year 2019, in the beginning of the year everything was going well till around March when I enquired about my account balance since I was only receiving an invoice and not a statement which reflects all the payments I had made thus far. Turns out my son had the same reference as another scholar who was also in the same grade and shared the same name. From then on it was a struggle every month with the finance department. Fast forward, towards year end. I had terminate my son's contract as I was moving to another province because of work, I received my termination letter in early December. Thereafter because of the confusion with finance my acc was now in a credit of over R4k. When I requested a refund, I was told I would get the refund, then later I was told no I will not get a refund. I called on numerous occasions to speak to someone in management with no luck. Last time I spoke to a lady by the name of Tebogo who said Ikashney would call me back. Till today, I am yet to get a response</div>
