Frastrated with SPARK School - they have worst Administrators for Account Department

I have submitted the Financial Clearance form to the Spark Accounts department since the 19th of June and asked them to complete it and send it back to me so that my child could change schools for 2025. I called Spark Administrators more than 8 times and sent them more than 9 emails without any luck. I have called the Spark Accounts department since then at least once /twice per week and had to follow up without any assistance. I sent them 3 complaints, and all were not addressed to this day. Spark has the worst Accounts management department and administrators.
