FLAWED AND MISREPRESENTED INTERNAL TRANSFER PROCESS

I am very concerned that Spark claims to always have space for new scholars but continuously reject applications for internal transfer of schoolars.

I enroled my child at spark Tuurfontein in 2019 with the aim to sell my home and buy a house in Centurion closer to work.

My application to transfer my child to either Centurion, Carswald, or Midrand has been rejected on all occasions without any valid reasons despite your POlicy that you will allow internal transfers.

I contacted your offices on numerous ocassions to try and get assistance or to get an understanding, I send numerouse emails explaining why I need the child to be transfered but on all ocassions I received an impersonal outomated response from your Ms Yondela Hlottjwa ..

All I need to know is whether you will refund my deposits back as I am now forced to remove the child out of Spark schools???

I am completely disappointed in your management.

contact me urgently to resolve this issue, failing which I will take legal action against you for misrepresantation.
