Finance department incompetence

The people working at the finance department are completely ***********, one month I was charged a random R3000, had to call to get it removed. At the beginning of the year we were informed to use a different reference number when making payments for the tablet, the money paid is not reflecting on my statement, it’s been 2 months of emailing and calling and the issue still remains, they will send messages about account being in arrears but cannot rectify my account. Never have a come across such level of incompetence
