Enrolment for Grade R - Mohato

I would like to convey a BIG thank you to Mohato in the Enrolment unit for his compassion, humility and impeccable service. Instead of sending me from pillar to post, unlike the rest of the staff in the enrolment unit, Mohato took accountability for my query and worked on it until it was resolved. I first spoke to Mohato on 20 December 2017, just before their offices closed, and he promised to call me as soon as they opened doors again in 2018. I am ecstatic to mention that I received a call from Mohato on 10 January 2018 with an announcement that my daughter has been enrolled. Mohato is truly an asset to Spark Schools. I wish the other members of staff could learn from him and adapt his quality of service. Thank you Mohato for your world-class service.
