Enrollment Night mare

I called them more than 10 times to enquirer if they had space open for 2019. All times they said no. I then called the school directly(BRANCH) who informed me that there was space. A lady from their call center called to say she was not aware, but now there was 1 Space left. I needed to rush and pay registration at the moment. I did not as i did not have funds readily available. 1 Why is do we need to pay 1st month tuition as well as registration fee immediately. If a parent explains and gives expected date of payment should that not suffice? Now i called again and i am told there is no space, and i must call around monthend when an audit is conducted. BATHONG?????????? Why is there a discrepancy between what the school says and what the "headoffice" say? Because they do not have their ducks in a row, i need to sit here call everyday and hope one of the days they have space? This is actually very frustrating. As they keep saying your child is on the waiting list. When i asked, How far along on the waiting list they cannot tell me because i doubt they actually have a waiting list.
