Hi I app**** online since April 2017. I signed the parental contract that was sent to me in May 2017 immediately. After that, no word from you. Even when I called and Inquired about swapping schools, no one said that my kidnap no space. On getting to your school where my kid is supposed to start next week, I am told her name is not on the list. I called and asked how long it takes to process an application and was told it takes 48hours. Do you know how many 48hours is in there between may2017 and today? Next am told, my kid will be added to the waiting list, how does that help me? You even refunding my money does not help me either. You had better make a plan,am taking this further with the department of education. You cannot be playing with kid's life like this.
