Dropped after 6 years
I am soo hurt and disappointed by the behaviour of Spark School accounts department 💔. I've been with the network since 2020 have never missed a single payment for both my kids. Life happens to all of us and I'm currently facing a retrenchment at work. I've been trying to explain my situation to the accounts department , retrenchment is a process and I'll make payment as soon as I receive a payout but no all they want to know is when will I be making a payment. My kids are now terminated and no one is even clarifying to me how to proceed forward so that my kids don't have to repeat a grade, all I'm getting is " you signed a contract" I'm soo disappointed that after 6 years of loyalty I can't even get grace why take my kids out of school? I've been paying all these years what makes you think I won't honour my payment now? But anyway it's fine I'll pick up the pieces and move on.
