dissatisfaction

My reference no.MUT8174 ,Am writing to express my disappointments with transfer team,i requested my 2scholars to be transferred from spark turfontein to spark Soweto since last year june after making multiple trips to Soweto to do inquiries and was told the person incharge was not allowed ,eventually i was given online forms to fill in,unfortunately i still have a grade 1scholar at home and the grade 2 has been enrolled to Soweto,i tried to explain to anyone i get a chance to speak to whenever i call that the 2 scholars cannot attend different schools, and the january fee is paid yet the child is at home.am extremely exhausted .i feel that noone values my feelings and reasons for why am transferring the kids.eish
