Dissapointing service ever.

To whom it may concern

I would like to say how dissatisfied and disappointed and disgusted I am in the service at SPARK SCHOOL Carlswald.

We made payment on the 18th of November send the proof of payment on the 18th Of November. Now we get told the school is full.

I have contacted them timelessly and no one took the effort to assist or see what they can do to help. All i got told was we will send out emails firdt week in December not asking what is my reference or the school is already full. I only done my application at this school because I live 2mins away from the school and I dont want to be inconvenient cause they never received the email at all. Its not my problem and not my concern they have my money and they need to make space for my child.

I have never ever seen such service in my life this is why we always fight because the one doesnt know what the other one does at all.

Their service is bad really bad. I want them to make space for my child as I done my part and they didnt receive the email on their side has got nothing to do with me. I called and they said they will get someone from enrollment to call me yesterday and nothing I had to call this morning and asked again to be turned away they so scared to give their names so i spoke to Dumisha /Zukishwa she couldnt tell me her name properly. They said i should send an email to registrar to get feedback we are waiting still they are qjick to push the kids away and I'm not going anywhere they will make space or I will make this thing go further.

School is openig next week still no call and they gave me a reference number as i'm still waiting
