Dissapointed parent

I am disappointed with Spark School l sent them an email to cancel my baby from school a month ago they never responded ,now that l have got hold of the office which you hold for more than 30min they are telling me they need a 3months payment for me to cancel the child from school ,what kind of nonsense even with a household lease when terminating they don’t charge such and why do you people need the 3months payment ,l am fuming with anger .
