Disgusting Service: Spark Accounts Department

Spark accounts department is the most *********** department I’ve ever come across. I got a letter of demand regarding my daughter’s school fees. I then responded to say I wasn’t aware that fees were not being paid as this is done by my employer. I asked for a the balance so we can make a payment arrangement on the day I receive the email. No response. I sent an email everyday after that I didn’t get a response. Then I received an sms saying my child’s account is pending termination. So I called and asked to speak to Maureen Soko. But I was told she’s on another call. Then the lady I spoke to told me that we can make an arrangement but we only divide it in 2 months. That’s not an arrangement. That’s you telling me how I should pay. An arrangement is supposed to be me telling you what I can afford to make sure the child’s school fees are up to date by the end of the year. But no you guys think money just grows on trees. Then you use your scare tactics by telling us you’ll terminate the contract. Can someone urgently contact me and respond to my emails! I will not accept any termination as I have BEEEEEEN trying to reach out and make an arrangement. I’m regretting the day I brought my scholar there! You guys leave a very bitter taste in my mouth. This is really getting frustrating!!! This Maureen Soko is very *********** it’s like all she cares about is sending out letters and not contacting us back when we try make arrangements? Why does your letter say make arrangements if you guys already have an arrangement in plan of how to pay outstanding fees??? You guys are really the pits! This is not how I want to be dealing with finance and admin departments. This should be a seamless process. But it’s like you guys have hired people who don’t even know what they doing. It’s as though they are doing guess work!
