Disgusting service from *********** accounts department at Spark Schools

Registered my son at Spark Rivonia (Grade R) and, let me tell you, if this is how the school operates, I'm deregistering him. They set up a debit order on my account. The money is being debited but they aren't allocating the funds. They say I owe them R6000 (which is nonsense because I've been paying religiously each month).

Accounts department is completely ***********. Doesn't respond to queries or emails.
