Disgusting Service from Accounts Department

Good School but the accounts department is by far the most disgusting to work with. I've been calling and sending emails asking them to send me a signed contract stating the interest added when payments are behind. I need to make a full payment but I've been told I owe twice the amount!!! Nobody wants to help me and this is my last resort.
