Disgusting service!!!!!!

Service is disgusting,I'm extremely annoyed by the staff at head office, registered my son last year and made payment. Sent proof of payment and was assisted by Mandisa Mtambo, she assured me that everything was up to date and will bee sent a contract to sign in December till today and when I sent my application there was space.Today I'm told there is no space, what really annoys me is that you still took registrations this year and left my application unattended.

I've been calling every day to check if they have received the application but stayed on the long for more then an 1hr to be told that the service department will be in contact.

My son is sitting at home and have to pay extra for the nanny and this is frustrating because I've already paid for this month,i DON'T know want to tell him anymore because he was looking forward to the whole idea of going to school. WHAT DO I DO NOW???????
