DISGUSTED!

Spark accounts department is managed by a clown (Tashni)that has no sense of direction or being a leader. As for the agents they are all useless. Nelisiwe Lukhele,Pertunia, Mandisa,Mr Dlodlo , these are the employees name that I remember, but have spoken to over 10 employees from Spark head office with absolute zero knowledge of what they are doing. Parents are not allowed to come to their offices nor can we speak to Tashni on the phone. They have been billing me incorrectly since Jan , now that I want my son to attend a proper school, they are billing fees for next year of which nothing that goes on at spark school or offices makes any sense, it is no difference than a ****a shop. I would never recommend spark to any person!
