My journey with sparks.... well I wanted to enrol my son for grade 3 at sparks, I went through the application process with the agent and made the payment well an hour after sending her my proof of payment she calls to tell me oh sorry there is no space at sparks ferndale and I MUST take him to sparks weltevredenpark or kempton park I said no that was not what we spoke about I mean why didn't you tell me ferndale Is full I never would have app**** I mean I stay in blairgowrie so obviously I need a school in my vicinity. well refund was submitted and 21 days later still no refund. I had to also pay fees for a school in my vicinity so I am not sure what circus you are running but Thank God my application didn't work out, I would've hated myself had I sent him to sparks

This is not on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! had your agent acted ethically we would not be in this position had she been HONEST in telling me that sparks Ferndale has no space for grade 3 I never would have app****, she was hasty in me making the payment and now its delay after delay. YOU ALSO SAID THAT A REFUND TAKES 14 DAYS WE ARE ON DAY 21!!!!! So please don't tell me someone will be with me SHORTLY I have been patient for too long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05 Dec 2019, 08:50I have received no joy from spark schools, all their agents cannot seem to assist me with a refund due to me when I initially made the payment based on **** information, the agent assisting me was Mandisa she failed to omit that the specific school had no space had she acted honestly I never would have app**** in the first place, she was so persistent that I make the payment immediately after I sent the proof of payment she called to say there is no space I need to consider another area when I specifically said that if its not frndale I am not interested so she expected me to take him to a school that is almost an hour from our home. This is ********* and dishonest and frustrating I just want my money back I had to apply to another school that also required a deposit just please act ethically, I am also trying to get hold of a manager but to no luck Katlego seems to be a professional **** it appears. I am desperately trying to get hold of the founders of spark Stacey Brewer and Ryan Harris.
